How important are back links? Answer: Very. They are as important as generating traffic. Links improve search engine rankings, rate your popularity and drive more traffic to your site. Submitting articles to article banks can be a powerful way to build some links. If your website is about animal shelters then write articles and submit them to article directories that cover animal topics. The only downside is that the original article covers the circuit and as a result hundreds of copies are reachable on mnay websites and the links have little effect.
